1. Complaints, Cancellations and Refunds Procedure.

All complaints will be thoroughly investigated by the management of Firestorm Media Ltd. If it is found that the service that you have received does not reach the high standards that we as a company set, then your payment card will be refunded in full with whatever monies that you have lost. Complaints will be investigated within 7 days and any monies due to be refunded within 30 days of us receiving your complaint.

2. Statement of Price for Callers. You will be charged on a per minute basis as per the advertised rate.
